Business and executive class ticket can be book 30 day before. Maximum to postpone or delay the trip is one day before departure schedule. The delayed trip got charge Rp 10.000 for executive class, Rp 6000 for business class and Rp2000 for economic class.

If you are member of Indonesian National Army (TNI) or a policeman, you deserve to get 20 percent discount. The discount will be valid for the member who has card identity that have been copied and submit it before. Discount 20 percent also given for children and adult passenger above 60 years old. Those discounts will be given if you have submitted your identity copied. The Indonesaian freedom fighter and all their corps also given 30 percent. Please submit the copied of your identity to PT KAI officer.

Children afe 3-10 years old should pay the fare full if they took executive class. For business class there is a special fare for children. Child under 3 years old did not charge. But if they want to take sit alone in executive class, they have to pay like the adult fare. If the sits on business class they will get children fare.
